Mary Clare Sweeney, PHD, taught in the English Department and directed the ASU
Writing Center at Arizona State University for thirteen years. She then taught
graduate students who were writing their theses and final reports in the College of
Technology at ASU East. Dr. M. Clare Sweeney is a Religious Sister and Ph. D.
Shakespearean Scholar. We are honored to have her share her wonderful gift of
facilitation “the writer within”!
